Two days on-site with your business. I examine your entire finance function and produce a detailed written report that tells you exactly what is not working and what needs to change first.
Your report covers:
- Your process efficiency score and what is dragging it down
- Training needs across your team
- Gaps in your processes and where the risk is highest
- A clear, prioritised roadmap for improvement

RETAINER PACKAGES

Following your Finance Health Review, most clients move into a retainer. Three tiers depending on the size and complexity of your business. All retainer clients begin with the review — it creates the roadmap we work to.
Tier 1
Foundation
£2,400/mo
3-month minimum
Best for businesses with 6–20 staff, turning over £500k–£1m.
Up to 20 hours / month
- SOP Creation— up to 20 core SOPs written and documented
- PM Setup & Maintenance— live project tracker so you always know progress
- Master SOP List— live tracker of every finance process
- One 60-minute monthly progress call
- Email/Slack access (response within 24 hours)
- End-of-retainer on-site handover— half day
Not included: Team training delivery, process redesign, or real-time support. Travel & expenses charged at cost.
Tier 2
Growth
£4,800/mo
3-month minimum
Best for SMEs with 20–50 staff, turning over £1m–£3m.
Up to 40 hours / month
- Everything in Foundation, plus:
- Full Master SOP Library build— every finance process mapped and categorised
- Finance process redesign— we improve before we document
- Team training support— gap analysis and upskilling sessions
- Two 60-minute monthly progress calls
- Quarterly efficiency re-score
- Email/Slack same-day response
- End-of-retainer on-site handover— half day
Not included: Full CFO-level financial strategy. Travel & expenses charged at cost.
Tier 3
Full OBM
£7,200/mo
6-month minimum
Best for ambitious SMEs with 30–50+ staff, turning over £3m–£7m.
Up to 60 hours / month
- Everything in Foundation & Growth, plus:
- Complete SOP library— every process written in full and signed off
- Ongoing team training delivery
- KPI dashboard creation
- Direct liaisonwith your accountant, bookkeeper, or software providers
- Weekly 30-min check-in + monthly 60-min progress call
- Priority same-day Email/Slack response
- Month 3 on-site review day
- Full-day end-of-retainer handover(10am–4pm)
